What types of sweeteners are used in Streamline Pre-Workout?
We use a mix of natural and artificial sweetener, the artificial one would be Sucralose.

When should I take Streamline Pre-Workout prior to my exercise?
15-30 minutes before physical activity, although this can vary due to individual differences — some people may prefer it closer to an activity or even longer than 30 minutes before physical activity. Personally, we prefer 15 minutes and allowing it to kick in as our dynamic warmup picks up steam!

What is Caffeine Anhydrous?
Caffeine anhydrous is the most popular caffeine type used in supplements. It is a concentrated form of caffeine without water.

What is Dicaffeine Malate?
Like other forms of caffeine, dicaffeine malate can increase focus, energy, and metabolism while decreasing perceived fatigue. Dicaffeine malate offers a unique advantage: malic acid found in the ingredient may calm the digestive distress commonly caused by caffeine anhydrous.

Can I drink Streamline Supplements at other times of the day?
Streamline Pre-Workout can be consumed in smaller doses (½ - 1 scoop) for day-to-day activities or work. as a replacement for coffee.
To avoid sleeplessness, do not consume Streamline Pre-Workout within 6 hours of your bedtime.
