We want to make sure you are just as happy with the product as we are shipping them.

RETURNING APPAREL/MERCH: Due to covid-19 no returns on clothing will be accepted unless it was a mistake in sizing on our part or the clothing was pre-damaged. Contact us right away.

RETURNING SUPPLEMENTS: We will only consider refunding if the supplement was somehow damaged or you got the wrong flavor.
​
RETURNING SALE ITEMS: Unfortunately, items purchased on sale or with a discount code cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items can be refunded.

RETURNING DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately!

SHIPPING A RETURN ITEM: With regard to all returns, the Buyer is responsible for procuring the shipment and for the merchandise arriving at Streamline Supplements.
You must have a copy of your receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase from Streamlinesupplements.com in order to qualify for a return.

THIRD-PARTY REFUNDS: We are unable to accept returns on purchases made from third-party retailers.
​
REFUND TIMEFRAME: Please allow up to two (2) billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your bank statement.

Items must be returned within 30 days of the item's purchase date. In all cases, refunds will be made ONLY to the credit card used for the original purchase.

Products that do not meet the return criteria will not be considered for returns.
